This hotel is a favorite and consistently exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and the parking was great, but the unit's condition could be improved. The service was top-notch with staff constantly working to ensure a pleasant stay. The location has its pros and cons, being close to the highway but also near attractions like The Lost Sea. Dining options were good, preparing us for the next day's drive. However, there were only a few dining items available. The facilities were adequate, although room for improvement can be seen in various areas. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.
